This guy who goes by the name Mike Opienheimer is a bill collector from Weinerman and Associates in Burnsville Minnesota. Keep in mind, once you demand to not receive his calls they must stop calling you, if that doesn't work a threat of reporting them to authorities, the Attorney Generals ofc likes to investigate these companies for unlawful practices, will usually work, then as a last resort, a certified letter demanding to stop with a return signed receipt will give you proof...that being said, no person can go to jail for not paying a bill...these are just threats....

Called last night at 8:31, 9:03, 9:21 and 9:30. Finally answered last called after they woke me up 3 times and they asked for a person that doesn't reside at our house. Told her never to call again and hung up on her. From previous comments I guess it's a political poll call.I thought calling was not allowed after 9 pm! >:O

Paula, do not worry about this phone call regarding the threats of being picked up and taken to jail. He is nothing more than a scam artist. I called my local sheriff's dept, bank, court house, and they all said to ignore these calls. Tell "Steven" that you've reported him and the phone number he's calling from, to the authorities. He'll stop calling. He's NOT from the BCI or any other governmental agency. He'll get caught, it's just a matter of time.

That's great, i reported this bastard to the R.C.M.P. Mr.James who donates stolen computers to children charities and sells pirated software, will be getting a surprise 1st knock on his apartment door by the R.C.M.P. which will conduct early morning raids this month. James will be the first to go Jail, because they know where he lives. Prison is where society sends their failures.

Got a computer generated call with my name placed into it telling me or my attorney must return their call to discuss an important matter. They don't identify themselves or tell you what it is about. I won't return the call.

this was a call from my sister-in-law who is pshcotic -bi polar, scitzophrinic.. who is dangerous and on the run... she has made terroristic threats to my elderly parents and nobody knows where she is and what she is going to do.

Caller calls several times a week several months now. Never leaves a message. Refuses to identify himself. Hung up on me today and when I call back refuses to answer. Do I call the police next?
